AD4J (Armed & Dangerous 4 Jesus) is a Youth Ministry for preteens and teens ages 10 – 17. Our purpose is to help and let our young people know that you can go out and have fun the right way and be Saved in Jesus Christ.
We help those who have been abused or neglected in their homes and to seek God so that they can be restored. We help counsel those who are facing peer pressure in this world where other teens are doing things that are contrary to what God requires them to do. We are there to counsel with teens who have low self-esteem or who just need more guidance for a better and want to build a stronger relationship with God.
“Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12).
We also have our Youth Sundays every 5th Sunday when our youth take over our Sunday service. This allows them to be used by God.
AD4J is not just living the Word of God, but about having fun with Him as well.
They do things like
- Friday Nite Live Hangouts every last Friday of the month where teens come together listening to music, playing games, having youth discussions, contests, and more.
- Movie Nights
- Fun trips
